Shipping


• All items are individually packaged in a cellophane sleeve and sent in a padded postage bag to ensure it arrives safely.


• All orders are sent via standard Australia Post from Adelaide, Australia with no tracking. 


• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Australia: 3-5 business days

North America: 3-14 business days

Europe: 3-14 business days


I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Longer processing times may occur over public holidays, during sales or new product releases.


Please contact us prior to purchase if you require express or tracked delivery and we can organise this for you at an additional cost.



Customs and import taxes:


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.



Returns and Exchange

Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with your item we will gladly exchange it for an item of equal value, just contact us within 5 business days of purchase and return to us within 14 days.

 Please include the order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item. 

Items must be returned in a resalable condition and in their original packaging, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Buyers are responsible for return packaging and shipping costs. 


Refunds:

We only offer refunds if you have received defective or damaged goods. 

Contact us at hello@williamstreetstore.com within 3-5 business days of receiving your goods to apply for a refund or exchange, please provide your order number and proof of damaged goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to arrive.


There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted: 

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
